The minimums literally drop by over 50% down into the forties and fifties at times we're with hyperthreading on it never dips below 70. In fact it is a stuttering mess at certain points and cannot maintain 60fps at all with hyperthreading off. When I did a benchmark test between the i7-3770 and the i5-4690K, the i5-4690K outperforms the 3rd Gen i7 by leaps & bounds I don't know what nonsense Benchmark you're looking at as Haswell is only a few percent faster than Ivy Bridge clock for clock.
